We believe the potential for leadership resides in everyone, and thankfully, that it manifests through each of us in different ways. Leadership is far more related to ecology (interdependence and differentiation) than to hierarchy (dominance). We strive for leadership that is shared, collaborative, rooted in interrelationship, responsive, adaptive, and informed by the wisdom of the circle—which includes the vast and varied intelligence of the more-than-human world.

WE Immersion Teaching team

The Weaving Earth Immersion is our main program. Roughly 35 participants meet for 12 multi-day sessions (5-10 days each) over 10 months, with options for 2nd and 3rd-year training that focuses on leadership development.

The WE Immersion is run by a 9 person teaching team: David Hage, Gigi Coyle, Jeanette Acosta, Lauren Hage, Pinar Sinopolous-Lloyd, Redbird Willie, So Sinopolous-Lloyd, Tayla Ealom, and Will Scott. Click the pictures to find out more about individual members of our teaching team.

Weaving Earth Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (we prefer “social benefit organism”), is guided, with tremendous support, by Lauren Hage, Kate Bunney, and Sam Edmondson.

The Executive Board serves to protect and nurture the vision and purpose of Weaving Earth, as well as our financial strength and sustainability. The Board’s service, vision, and insight are an invaluable part of the WE ecology, helping to ensure the health and well-being of the system as a whole.
